One inbox for every conversation

Every network in one place
Facebook and Instagram today; YouTube and X as they open. Your own app connects through a signed integration kit for Laravel and Express.
Many brands, one workspace
Each brand keeps its own accounts, voice, knowledge and rules.
Comments by post
Threads gather under the post they are on, with its picture, caption and a link to the original. Or switch to one list.
Most urgent first
Possible crises, then escalations, failed replies, closing reply windows and drafts ready for approval. Every row says why it needs you.
Views with live counts
Built-in views for what needs attention, what is yours and what nobody has taken, plus views you save yourself.
One clean filter bar
Filter by brand, network, status, comments or DMs, assignee, post type (organic, boosted or ad) and reason.
Live without the jumping
New conversations wait behind a “3 new” banner instead of moving the list under your cursor.
Your own focus
Hide brands or networks from your inbox without hiding them from the team.

AI triage that knows when to step back

Every message understood
10 categories, from thank-yous and simple questions to order problems, disagreement, spam and possible crises, each with sentiment, risk and confidence, explained in plain words.
Drafts in each brand’s voice
Drafts use the brand’s facts and the replies you keep as examples, so they read like your best answers.
Guardrails on every draft
9 checks before anyone sees a draft: allowed links only, no order or money promises, no medical or legal advice, length, same language, no third-party mentions, no echoed instructions, no placeholders and crisis words.
A second opinion
An independent safety check runs before anything could go out on its own.
Crisis-aware
Possible crises go straight to the owners, with support resources at hand, and are never answered automatically.
Stays out of arguments
No AI drafts for comments aimed at another commenter.
Built against manipulation
Message text is always treated as data, never as instructions.
On demand
“Ask Herald” for a fresh reading, or “Draft a reply” when you want one.

You decide what happens

Rules per brand and category
Send automatically, draft for review, review without a draft, escalate, ignore or hide: you choose for each kind of message.
Evidence before automatic replies
Automatic replies are off until you switch them on. Herald first replays recent messages to show what it would have sent.
Safety controls
Workspace and account kill switches, quiet hours, hourly and daily caps, and a safety margin before reply windows close.
Workspace defaults, brand overrides
Set defaults once, in your own time zone; any brand can differ where it needs to.
Versioned settings
Every change is noted, readable in its history and one click from restored.
Quiet the noise
Mute a heated post and all its threads at once, and let old posts mute themselves.

Built for a team

Roles and scopes
Owner, Admin, Moderator, Reviewer and Viewer, each limited to the brands and actions you choose. Invite by email; revoke instantly.
Queue mode
Work through a view one conversation at a time, with keyboard shortcuts.
Bulk actions with Undo
Assign, escalate, take, close and reopen, one at a time or many at once, with Undo instead of “are you sure?”
Two people, one thread
See who is reading or writing; Herald warns before a second person answers the same person.
Never miss urgent work
Email alerts for assignments, failed replies and escalations, with per-person preferences and a live count in the sidebar and the browser tab.
Phone-ready
A thumb bar keeps the recommended action and the reply box within reach.
Permissions you can see
A disabled button says why, in plain words.

Every conversation handled right

A recommendation card
What Herald suggests next, and why.
Replies in the thread
Replies land under the comment you are answering; like or hide comments as the Page.
Reply windows
Herald knows each network’s window for DMs and tells you when one is closing.
Failed replies come back
Herald retries, then brings a failed reply back to you with “Send again”.
Edits and removals tracked
Edits made on the network are kept as revisions, and removed comments are never answered.
Post context
Every thread shows the post it is on and whether that post was organic, boosted or an ad.

A home for every brand

One page per brand
Profile, accounts, voice, knowledge, rules, quality and cost, together.
A readiness checklist
It says what to set up next.

Costs you can act on

A usage meter
A warning at 80%. At 100%, drafting pauses while reading and sorting carry on, until you accept more.
Spend where it happens
By post, category and step, each beside the setting that changes it.
Bring your own key
On Bring your own key, every AI call uses your own Anthropic key, with a monthly cap you set.

Trust, security and privacy

Workspaces sealed off
Each workspace is isolated in the database itself, and the app never runs with database admin rights.
Encryption
Account tokens and API keys are encrypted under each workspace’s own keys, which rotate; sessions are encrypted too.
Sign-in protection
Passkeys and authenticator apps (required for owners and admins), emailed sign-in links for reviewers and viewers, and single sign-on from your own platform.
An audit log nothing can change
Every action, written as a plain sentence, with CSV export.
Security alerts
By email, the moment something changes how your workspace signs in or replies.
Your data, your call
Export everything, delete with a grace period, and choose how long old conversations are kept.
Hardened defaults
A strict content security policy, secrets masked in logs, and nothing sensitive left in links or browser history.

Runs itself

Workspace health
Accounts, queues and the scheduler are checked all the time, with what to fix and where.
