Herald

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 October 2026.

  1. The service. Herald is an engagement inbox for publishers. Access is by invitation of a workspace Owner. The Owner's organisation is responsible for the content its team posts through Herald and for having the right to connect each platform account.
  2. Acceptable use. Do not use Herald to send spam, harass people, evade a platform's rules, or process data you have no right to process. Herald enforces platform rate limits and reply windows; do not try to circumvent them.
  3. Automated replies. Owners choose whether and for which categories Herald may reply automatically. The Publisher remains the author of every reply, automated or not, and every reply is recorded in the audit log.
  4. Your data. Your data stays yours. Herald uses it only to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy and never for advertising or model training. Owners can export the workspace and delete it at any time.
  5. Availability. Herald is provided as is. We aim for high availability and keep daily backups, but platform outages, API changes and quota limits are outside our control.
  6. Security responsibilities. Keep your password and authenticator safe, enable two-factor authentication, and revoke team members who leave. Tell us at once if you believe an account was compromised.
  7. Changes and termination. We may change these terms with notice to Owners. Either party may end the service; data is handled as described under Data Deletion.
  8. Contact. legal@ at the domain this page is served from.
