For creators and public figures
Your fans get answers. The scammers get hidden.
Impersonators reply under your posts within minutes, and the brand deal is buried under four hundred hearts. Herald hides the scams, lifts the opportunities and lets your team answer in your voice.
What keeps this team up
Fake “you” under your own posts
Look-alike accounts tell your followers they won a giveaway. With automatic hiding on, scam replies and links are hidden in seconds with the reason in plain words, before your fans click.
The one DM that matters
A brand’s partnership manager writes between two hundred fan messages. Business inquiries are read as such and handed to you and your manager, never answered by a bot.
Words that come out of your mouth
When someone else replies for you, it has to sound like you. Drafts follow your voice and the replies you keep as examples, and the log shows who sent each one.
What lands in the inbox

Can I use salted butter if that’s all I have?
Draft: You can, Sam: just skip the pinch of salt in the dough and it’ll taste the same.

What never happens on its own
However the rules are set, Herald never answers these on its own:
- Hostile / troll / spamInsults, trolling, scams or bot spam. Never answered; Herald suggests hiding it.
- Possible crisisAbuse, self-harm, loss or crisis. Always goes to a person with crisis resources; never automated.
- Legal / press / partnershipPress, legal, sponsorship or takedown requests. Goes to the Owner; never drafted.
Every reading, decision, draft, send and hide is kept in an audit log that cannot be edited, and can be exported.
Automatic replies stay off until the brand switches them on, after Herald shows what they would have sent.

Questions this team asks
Will my fans know a reply came from my team?
Replies go out from your account, like any reply. Automatic ones can carry a short signature you choose, and the log records whether a person or Herald sent each one.
Can it hide impersonator giveaway scams?
Yes, once you turn automatic hiding on: comments that read as scams or spam are hidden in seconds, with the reason in plain words, and one tap brings any of them back.
Do hidden comments count against my plan?
Yes: a hidden comment is a handled message, like a sent reply. Reading and sorting everything else is free, and the meter warns at 80% of the plan.
What happens if a fan says they are in danger?
It goes to the top of the inbox for you and anyone who reviews for the owners, with an email. Herald never answers it and writes no draft: a person always does.
Can my editor or manager help without my password?
Yes. Invite them with a role; they sign in as themselves, see only what their role allows, and everything they send is recorded under their name. Revoking them signs them out at once.
Which networks can I connect?
Facebook and Instagram today; YouTube, X as they open. Your own app or community can connect through the integration contract.
