For agencies

Every client’s comments in one inbox. Every reply in that client’s voice.

Stop logging in and out of thirty accounts. Herald gathers every client's comments and DMs, drafts in each client's voice, and keeps a record you can show them.

What keeps this team up

  • The wrong voice on the wrong page

One tired evening, the sneaker brand’s joke lands on the bank’s page. Each client has its own voice, facts and examples, and a reply always goes out from the account the comment came in on: there is no account to pick.

  • Community work nobody scoped

The retainer says ten hours; the client expects every DM answered. Rules and drafts turn the routine into minutes, so the hours go to the conversations that need a person.

  • Proving the work to the client

Every reading, draft, send and hide is in an audit log with who did it and when, per brand, ready to export when the client asks what happened on their page.

The cardamom buns at the Elm St shop are the best thing I ate this year 😍

Someone messaged me from “Credit Union Support” asking for my card PIN. Is that you?

Draft: Thank you for checking with us first, Priya. That isn’t us: we never ask for your PIN. Please don’t reply to them; we’ve flagged the account, and our team will call you today to make sure your card is safe.

Rules they turn on first

An agency’s first week: spam hidden on every client’s ads, pushback kept for the account lead, thanks answered on their own once the brand has seen what Herald would send.

What never happens on its own

However the rules are set, Herald never answers these on its own:

  • Hostile / troll / spamInsults, trolling, scams or bot spam. Never answered; Herald suggests hiding it.
  • Possible crisisAbuse, self-harm, loss or crisis. Always goes to a person with crisis resources; never automated.
  • Legal / press / partnershipPress, legal, sponsorship or takedown requests. Goes to the Owner; never drafted.

Every reading, decision, draft, send and hide is kept in an audit log that cannot be edited, and can be exported.

Automatic replies stay off until the brand switches them on, after Herald shows what they would have sent.

Questions this team asks

Can a freelancer see only the brands they work on?

Yes. Every teammate has a role per workspace and a list of brands; a moderator scoped to two clients never sees the others' messages, drafts or audit rows. Teammates are unlimited on every plan, so adding one costs nothing.

How do we keep each client’s voice straight?

Each brand has its own voice: how it speaks, the facts it may state, the replies you keep as examples and the sites it may link to. Herald drafts from that brand's voice only, and a draft that needs a fact you have not given waits for a person.

Can we post from the wrong client’s account by mistake?

No account is picked when you reply: the reply goes out from the account the comment or DM came in on. Kill switches pause one channel or everything at once.

Can the client approve replies before they go out?

Give the client's approver the owner-review role for their brand: categories marked “owners review” wait for them, and everything they approve or change is in the log. A separate client portal is not part of Herald yet.

Does it hide spam on clients’ ads?

Yes. Comments on Facebook and Instagram ads arrive with the post's other comments, and when the brand turns automatic hiding on, spam and scams are hidden with the reason in plain words.

How is it priced when we add clients?

By handled messages: those Herald drafts, sends or moderates. Brands, connected accounts and teammates are unlimited on every plan, so a new client adds no seats, only the work.
